Delivery and Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the confirmation of the delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for ordered goods with customised designs (e.g. personalisation).

Inspire your little chef or baker with their own little kitchen. The surface has enough space for them to make a 'bake' which can then be popped in the oven (with magnetic door) or set on the hob to 'cook'. Utensils and equipment can then be packed away in the handy cupboard or placed on the rack above the sink.

What materials are the toy kitchens made of?

The Zoe range bespoke plywood play-sets are made locally, outsourcing materials from distributors in the EU to make them sustainable and eco-friendly. We use FSC certified Baltic Birch Plywood, and as finishing materials we use 0% VOC plant-based hard-wax oils and water-based eco paints (EN 71-3:2019), which are safe for kids, meaning that your little ones can actually place food and “cook” there (haven’t figured out how to hook up propane to the kitchen sets yet).

Do the toy kitchens require assembly?

Yes, most of our toy kitchens come with easy-to-follow assembly instructions. We recommend assembling the kitchen with two adults for quicker setup.

What accessories are included with the toy kitchen?

Our toy kitchens often come with a variety of accessories such as pots, pans, utensils, and play food. Please refer to the individual product descriptions for details on what’s included.

Are the kitchens durable enough for outdoor use?

Our toy kitchens are primarily designed for indoor use. While some plastic kitchens may be temporarily placed outside, we recommend keeping them indoors to avoid weather-related damage.
